I heard about FEEST from my brother that goes to Cascade and he had a lot of great things to say about the program so I decided to check it out myself. I really enjoyed FEEST, I made blanched asparagus with sauteed onions. What I like most about what they do here is the fact that you can be creative and there isn’t a menu so people who come here make the decision on what they want to make. I will definitely be back to make more amazing food with the awesome instructor, Roberto Ascalon.
