I came to feest with the impression that I was going to get to grub on some healthy food for free, and network with other social justice oriented people from around Seattle. I definitely accomplished both, and am glowing and sleepy and throroughly satisfied with my entire experience tonight.

When I got here I knew pretty much no one, but right away I met a half dozen people and got put to work. Being told what to do when you’re wandering around what to do is always nice. 🙂

The actual dinner was AMAZING, and the conversation was free flowing throughout. Conversation topics drifted from social justice to gold spandex bodysuits to mustaches and back to social justice again. I can honestly say I wasn’t intimidated or worried about approaching someone all night. I think everybody should go to feest. !
