I came in late today but once I came in I felt energized. There was music playing and everyone was working so dillegently on their dishes. The vibe was great and made me want to cook. Everyone was ecstatic and inclusive, I was immediately invited to help cook a special spagetti dish.
While I was working on this dish my hand started cramping because I normally don’t cook so it was a struggle but, my groupmates offered help many times and they were really thoughtful. While making this dish I learned that factory made pasta isn’t the same as homemade pasta, which is what we made using different spices and tomato paste. I also learned that you could minimalize what you have to clean by making the most of what you have. Today was great and I look forward to coming back next week.
